The translation is honest. Mascarpone becomes cashew cream — soaked cashews blended with coconut milk, vanilla, and a touch of agave, then layered with the same coffee and cocoa profile that gives traditional tiramisu its character. The base is almonds, dates, real ground coffee, raw cocoa, and a pinch of Himalayan salt — that takes the place of the espresso-soaked savoiardi. Ground coffee in the base, natural coffee in the cream. We do not use coffee extract or instant coffee paste. The aroma when you open the box is the giveaway — this is a coffee cake first, sweet cake second.
