We make raw vegan cakes from soaked cashews, dates, almonds, raw cocoa, cold-pressed coconut oil, and fresh fruit. No flour, no eggs, no dairy, no refined sugar. Seven flavours. The cakes arrive frozen and need to defrost in the fridge for 2–3 hours or at room temperature for 30–60 minutes — useful if your restaurant reservation in La Caleta is at nine and you want dessert waiting back at the room.
