The Cake You Order for Yourself
Most cakes are bought for someone else. This page is for the cake you order for you. Pickup in Costa Adeje or delivery anywhere in South Tenerife — no occasion, no party, no shared plate. Some customers order one cake a month because they have celiac disease and can't eat what everyone else is eating; others because they're diabetic and the sugar-free build means they can have dessert again; others simply want a cake on a Wednesday.
The cakes are raw vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless, and sugar-free. Sweetened with dates and a small amount of agave or maple syrup, made fresh in Costa Adeje from cashew cream, raw cocoa, almond, and fresh fruit. The smallest size (12 cm) gives you four to six slices — enough for a few days of coffee-and-a-slice afternoons, or one decent evening with a partner who said they didn't want any and ate two.
Sizes start at 12 cm. Order pickup from Costa Adeje, or delivery across South Tenerife within roughly 30 km of Playa de las Américas — Adeje, Torviscas, Callao Salvaje, and the surrounding apartments. The cakes keep frozen for two weeks; portion as you go and defrost one slice at a time so the rest stays fresh.

Built for Restricted Diets
Sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless. Diabetic customers, customers with celiac disease, and customers on cleaner-eating plans order regularly. The cakes do contain tree nuts (cashews, almonds) — flag any nut allergy when ordering.
Frozen for Two Weeks · Slice as You Go
Keep the cake frozen and pull out one slice at a time, defrost in the fridge for 2 hours, eat. The rest stays fresh. One small cake covers a week or two of single-portion afternoons.
